Family courts to be set-up in all districts of UP


Lucknow:(Page3 News Network)-In Uttar Pradesh Family Courts will be set up in all districts. At present these courts are functional in 12 districts and the government has announced that in remaining 63 districts it will be set up very soon.
The government has also said that like other state government employees, women judicial officers in the state will also be entitled for child care leave.
Addressing 40th annual convention of Judicial Officers of the state the Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has announced that retired judicial magistrates will be appointed for special judicial magistrate courts with the consultation of the Allahabad High Court. 
He announced for providing 200 crore rupees for construction of lower courts buildings and residential accommodations for the judicial officers at newly set up districts in the state. In addition 15 crore rupees will be given for acquiring the land. 
The Chief Minister has also announced for providing 100 crore rupees more for the under construction building of the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court. 
Mr. Yadav also announced for setting up a revolving fund at Lucknow based Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute for cashless treatment of judicial officers at the institute.
